CampCalNOW'S ADA HOTLINE
CampCalNOW recently partnered with MHRV ACE and Rudderow Law Group to bring CampCalNOW members the ADA Hotline and Certification Program. Similar to our Legal Hotline Program, the ADA Hotline will assist members with questions related to disabled visitors and the park's accommodation responsibilities.
CampCalNOW members can also elect to have their property reviewed by a Certified Access Specialist program (CASp) expert. Members who choose to complete a CASp inspection will receive a window sticker as well as a CASp certified badge for their listing in the guide and on the new Camp-California website (should they choose to display it). Having a business/property reviewed by a CASp shows that you care about ensuring equal access for all of your customers, and that you intend to follow the law. The good-faith effort of hiring a CASp may lessen your liability and provide certain legal benefits if an accessibility claim is filed against you.
