Full Scope Inspection and Report - $1995.00

A full CASp inspections covers all public interior and exterior areas to the property  including amenities, path of travel, signage, and parking.

***This scope is highly recommended for all  RV parks that offer public accommodation.***

Path of Travel Inspection and Report $1495.00

Includes path of travel from public sidewalks to the leasing office, including signage and parking.  This assumes no public amenities at your property.  

***This scope is normally recommended for residential mobile home parks.***

Important Note

Not all parks fall under one of the two options above.  For example, a mobile home park could have a transient element to it.  Please call us to discuss your property today.
